These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Receply website and AI receptionist service (the “Service”) provided by Receply (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Receply provides an AI-powered assistant that answers customer messages, qualifies enquiries, schedules and manages bookings, and hands conversations to a human when appropriate, together with a dashboard for monitoring and intervention.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, to violate others’ rights, or to breach applicable laws or platform policies.
The assistant is automated and, like any AI, may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Receply is designed to hand off to a human for sensitive matters and gives you the ability to monitor and take over any conversation. You remain responsible for reviewing important interactions — including bookings, prices, and commitments — and the Service is provided as a tool to assist, not to replace, your judgement.
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at sign-up (for example, a one-time setup fee plus a recurring subscription). Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as messaging, AI, scheduling, and hosting providers). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Receply and its software, branding, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of your own business content and customer data.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
