For end-customer data, the subscribing business is the data controller and Receply acts as a data processor on their behalf.
The website itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
To run the Service we use trusted third-party processors, which may include: messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta), AI language-model providers, scheduling and storage tools, and cloud/hosting infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the Service and under their own security commitments.
We keep conversation and account data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Business customers can request deletion of their account data and their end-customer conversations, subject to legal retention requirements.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Customer data is kept in approved storage and is never sold.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. End customers should contact the business they messaged; for data Receply holds directly, contact us using the details below.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
